6. Orders, Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. No order is accepted until Peptix Canada confirms acceptance, sends a shipment confirmation, or ships the Product.
We may refuse, cancel, limit, modify, or delay any order at any time, including where we believe:
- the order is not for lawful research use
- the customer has provided inaccurate or incomplete information
- the customer is not qualified or eligible
- the Product may be used for a prohibited purpose
- the order may violate Canadian law or another applicable law
- payment fraud, chargeback risk, or suspicious activity is present
- product availability, pricing, or listing errors exist
- fulfillment would create legal, regulatory, safety, or business risk
Pricing
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars, unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices, availability, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
If a pricing, product, availability, tax, or shipping error occurs, we may cancel or correct the order and refund any amount already paid.
Payment
Payment may be processed by third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize Peptix Canada and its payment processors to charge your payment method for the full order amount, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including GST, HST, PST, QST, sales tax, use tax, customs, duties, import charges, or other similar charges that may apply to your purchase.
7. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, title and risk of loss pass to you when the Product is tendered to the carrier.
Peptix Canada is not responsible for delays, losses, damage, customs issues, incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, stolen packages, weather-related delays, carrier errors, or events outside our control, except as expressly stated in our Shipping Policy or required by applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is accurate, lawful, deliverable, and appropriate for receiving research materials.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Due to the nature of research materials, chain-of-custody concerns, storage requirements, contamination risks, and safety considerations, all sales are final once a Product has been transferred to the carrier, unless otherwise stated in our Return and Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
Cancellations may be permitted before shipment, at Peptix Canada’s discretion.
We do not accept returns of Products once shipped because we cannot verify storage conditions, handling, contamination status, tampering, temperature exposure, chain of custody, or suitability for resale or research use.
Refunds for lost, damaged, incorrect, or missing Products are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you agree to contact Peptix Canada first at Support@peptixCanada.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, bank reversal, or processor dispute.
Initiating a bad-faith chargeback, including a dispute for an order that was delivered, a false claim of non-receipt, a dispute inconsistent with our policies, or a dispute made without first contacting us in good faith, may result in account termination, order cancellation, refusal of future service, reporting to payment processors or fraud-prevention services, and collection of amounts owed, where permitted by law.
10. Researcher Affiliation Warranty
You represent and warrant that you are purchasing Products solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research and that you are qualified, trained, authorized, or affiliated with a legitimate research, academic, institutional, laboratory, or professional setting.
Peptix Canada reserves the right to conduct reasonable due diligence before fulfilling an order. This may include requesting additional information, verifying research affiliation, requesting institutional documentation, reviewing customer communications, or cancelling orders where prohibited or high-risk use is suspected.
Any purchase by a person who misrepresents their qualifications, affiliation, intended use, or compliance status is a material breach of these Terms.
If any communication suggests that you intend to use a Product for human use, animal use, medical use, bodybuilding, anti-aging, weight loss, wellness, dosing, injection, ingestion, resale, redistribution, or any non-research purpose, Peptix Canada may cancel the order, refund any unfulfilled amount where appropriate, terminate your account, and refuse future service.
