1. Research Use Only
All products are purchased exclusively for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes.
2. No Human or Animal Use
Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or therapeutic use.
3. No Medical Products or Advice
Products are not represented as drugs, natural health products, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, or veterinary products. Peptix Canada does not provide medical advice, dosage instructions, or treatment recommendations.
4. Qualified and Lawful Use
I am at least 19 years old and have the knowledge, facilities, equipment, and authority necessary to safely handle the products. I am responsible for ensuring that my purchase, possession, storage, handling, and research comply with all applicable Canadian laws and institutional requirements.
5. Safe Handling
I will follow appropriate laboratory safety, storage, handling, disposal, and recordkeeping procedures and will not resell, relabel, transfer, or use the products for any prohibited purpose.
6. Acceptance
I understand that Peptix Canada may refuse or cancel any order where it reasonably suspects personal use, human or animal use, unlawful activity, resale, diversion, or a violation of this Agreement.
